The brief

A 60-person design agency needed a home that made people want to come in — and somewhere to impress clients.

Private office with a deep blue wall, walnut desk and open shelving

The challenge

One huge, echoing floor plate with daylight on only two sides and a strict landlord fit-out budget.

The solution

We zoned the floor from loud to quiet: kitchen and lounge by the entrance, focus desks along the windows, and acoustic booths in the darker core. Reused furniture and rental planting kept costs and waste down.
